Who gets to wear the uniform
A security provider succeeds by choosing people suited to each client, and we work with the relevant government authorities on screening and selection.

The basic course: four to five weeks, 20 modules
Every security officer must complete and pass it. Supervisors then take an advanced course that qualifies them as shift leaders and site commanders.

All officers also complete community policing (Polisi Jamii) and human rights training with the Tanzania Police Force. After the general course, officers are trained on the requirements of their specific assignment and the client’s instructions.

Licences and registrations
We follow the laws of Tanzania in full and work closely with the Tanzania Police Force through the community policing programme.
